In the guitar lessons there is something to be learned. The goal is to get you to a point, as quickly as possible, where you won’t need me or anyone else ever again. I keep it simple, you keep it simple, and we find that in a short time we are doing complicated things.

Each lesson introduces a new technique. The songs in a lesson take the place of exercises, and they emphasize the technique that’s being explained. Everything is shown just as you would see it on paper. That being so that if the songs are not of your liking, you can look at your favorite artists material.

In each lesson I show a new chord or chords, give a strum pattern, and show the different ways in which the chord can be formed. Theory is incorporated in each lesson to encourage you to think outside the box. It explains what music is and why it is. It also gives you a solid foundation in creating your own material.

Never played a guitar before? Start at lesson 1. Found yourself stuck? Pick up where you’ve left off. Not sure? Try a lesson, you may hear something you haven’t heard before. In the end there will be 25-30 lessons and that will be it.

After their completion, you will be able to interpret any piece of guitar tablature. You will know more than just the primary chords. And most importantly, out of theory you will not need anyone, ever again.
